Refund policy
For safety reasons, Altitude Snacks does not accept returns of any opened food products. If you feel you have ordered or received the incorrect product, and it is unopened, please call or email us for return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of an exchange, new product will be sent out once the returned product has been received by Altitude Snacks. Customer is responsible for shipping charges of the replacement order.
