For safety reasons, the Steamboat Snack Company LLC does not accept returns of any opened food products. If you feel you have ordered the incorrect product, and it is unopened, please call or email us for return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of an exchange, new product will be sent out once the returned product has been received by Steamboat Snack Company LLC. Customer is responsible for shipping charges of the replacement order.
